Dropdown List Extractor automatically scrolls through supported lists and collects the temporarily rendered options as they appear.

How to use it

If the dropdown closes when you click the extension

1. Click the Dropdown List Extractor icon before opening the dropdown.
2. Select Start dropdown capture.
3. Open the dropdown you want to capture within 60 seconds.
4. The extension will detect the list, scroll through it, and download dropdown-items.txt automatically.

If the list stays open

1. Open the dropdown or scrolling list.
2. Click the Dropdown List Extractor icon.
3. Select Extract list already open.
4. Keep the list open while the extension scrolls through it.

An optional keyboard shortcut is also available. Microsoft Edge may require you to assign the shortcut manually under edge://extensions/shortcuts.

What it does

Current limitations

The list must use the common role="option" accessibility markup and be contained inside a vertically scrollable element.

Websites that use unrelated custom markup may not be supported. The extension is designed specifically for dropdowns and option lists; it is not a general webpage-scraping tool.

Dropdown List Extractor does not collect, transmit, sell, share, or remotely store personal information, browsing history, webpage content, extracted list data, or usage data.

The extension does not use accounts, analytics, advertising, tracking, remote code, or external servers.
